The Chocolate Fudge Cafe

Earth’s Sweet Pleasures Rich Rainforest Dark chocolate fudge uses the organic, fair-trade 65% dark chocolate from Sweet Earth Organics.  This exceptional chocolate won the top award in a December 2006 chocolate tasting sponsored by the San Francisco Chronicle.  Only two chocolates scored in the top five for both baking and eating, and the chocolate used in Rich Rainforest Dark was one of them.
