Sweet Sweet Fudge
Product Review by Amanda Louden, Nutrition Educator

Now this is the life: PRODUCT REVIEW. It’s one of those “unintended consequences,” pops has been barking about my whole life. I write a blog, run a nutrition business, and I get asked to sample organic, fair-trade fudge made by a small, local company. Am I good, or what?!
At first I thought it was a joke…me, a recovering chocoholic asked to try some fudge…some heavenly, Earth Sweet Pleasures, Rich Rainforest Dark with walnuts, fudge. But then I realized, this is no joke. This is a reward for my dedication to keeping my sweet tooth (relatively) under control. This is fudge-karma!
So here’s my review:
If you like gritty, chemical tasting, stale fudge, DON’T buy Earths Sweet Pleasures fudge. If, on the other hand, you like heaven in a box with or without nuts, do order up some of this wonderfully soft, perfectly chocolaty, rich and scrumptious, socially conscience fudge. The world would be a better place if we all bought fudge with a conscience, right?
This is my favorite part, the ingredients:
organic evaporated cane juice, organic 65% bittersweet chocolate or organic semisweet dark chocolate, organic marshmallow crème, organic raw walnut pieces, organic natural oil blend, organic half & half, organic vanilla extract, and infused with Love & Gratitude.
How can you not love something that’s made with Love and Gratitude?
With Father’s Day just around the corner, get pops his “unintended consequence” of having you: a gift of perfectly made, heaven in a box fudge, from Earth’s Sweet Pleasures.
